What type of in-home help do you provide?+
Our non-medical services are grouped into two options: At-home help at $39 per hour and Outings and errands at $44 per hour. They can also be combined, with pricing based on the time spent on each.
Which areas do you serve?+
We currently serve Hull, Aylmer and Gatineau, depending on the type of need and team availability.
What is the minimum number of hours?+
Each service has a two-hour minimum. Both options can be combined in one visit, with pricing based on the time spent on each.
How do I request a first service?+
Complete the website form or call 819-598-5262. We will contact you to understand the need, confirm the service limits and plan the next step.
Can you accompany someone to an appointment?+
Yes, when it is a planned, non-medical accompaniment. The schedule, location, companion’s role and transportation arrangements are confirmed before the service.
Can services be scheduled every week?+
Yes. A request can be for one visit, one week or a recurring schedule, such as every Monday until a specific date.
Do you provide medical care or emergency services?+
No. Our services are non-medical and do not replace a CLSC, a health professional, clinical monitoring or 911.
Is financial assistance available?+
Some government programs may apply depending on age, situation and type of service. Eligibility and amounts are always determined by the responsible organization.
Who provides the housekeeping products and equipment?+
We provide the housekeeping products and equipment needed for the service. If a situation requires a specific product, we confirm it with you before the visit.
Can you stay with someone throughout the night?+
Yes, depending on the needs assessment and team availability. An attentive, non-medical presence may be planned for the full night. The schedule, expected level of presence, contact person and emergency plan are confirmed before the service. This does not replace clinical monitoring or 911.
Can you help with an insurance or government application?+
Yes. We can help explain the steps, organize documents supplied by the client, complete a form under the client’s direction or support the client during a call. The client keeps every decision and signs personally. We do not provide legal, financial or immigration advice or retain passwords.
